Here, you'll find all the details regarding our shipping procedures, rates, and policies to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for your custom cardboard cutouts.

  1. Processing Time
    • Order Processing: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process/manufacture before they are shipped. This includes verifying your order, manufacturing your custom cutouts, and preparing the shipment.
  • Rush Production: Stop the press rush cutoff is 1pm et. All rush orders received after that time will be processed next business day. If your order is time sensitive, you may want to follow up your order with a call or email to ensure order accuracy.
    1. Shipping Methods and Costs
    • Free Shipping: Free shipping option uses the best method to ship your product. We use FedEx. This service can take between 1-7 business days to arrive. Free shipping is not a guaranteed method and is considered a “Best Effort” service. For guaranteed shipping times, please use one of the premium paid services when ordering. 
    • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping to [list countries/regions] with an estimated delivery time of [insert time frame, e.g., 5-7 business days]. The cost of standard shipping is [insert cost or state it's free if applicable].

    1. Tracking Your Order
    • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress.
    1. Packaging
    • Your custom cardboard cutouts are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All cutouts come folded with an easel. Please check out our installation video for easel assembly instructions.
    1. Delivery Issues
    • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate as we cannot redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
    • Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Claims with shipping services cannot be filed after 72 hrs of receipt. Please check all deliveries immediately upon arrival for order accuracy and damage. In the event of a lost package, a claim will be filed. Claims may take up to 2 weeks to investigate by the shipping company. For time sensitive orders, we can replace the product before the investigation is finished. In the event the original package is found, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement shipment. 
    1. Returns and Exchanges
    • All custom order sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders.

    1. Delivery Service Failures
    • Delivery Estimates are just that, estimates. We strive to meet every deadline and live up to expectations. Sometimes God, Mother Nature or Murphy are unpredictable and say , “No cutout for you!” We cannot be held responsible for situations out of our control. Once an order leaves our hands, we rely on one of our trusted transportation partners to cross the finish line.
